How long is shipping? 

We offer UPS Ground standard shipping (1-7 business day transit time). Delivery options for PO Box addresses, military locations, and expedited carrier options are also available.

My order says delivered but it is not here ,why?

Please contact your local post office with your tracking information, Hairbae Organics prides in packaging your orders within lots of love and care, we always make sure that your order is packed well and in great condition before we drop it off at the post office, how ever after we drop packages off at the post office
